REFUND POLICY — 30-DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED

We stand behind every piece we make. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no questions asked, no explanations required.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Email us at Info@SacredSupplyStudio.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders) or return instructions (international).
  3. Once the item ships back to us, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

CONDITIONS

  • Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags (if applicable).
  • Sale items and final sale items are refundable unless marked otherwise.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refund unless defective.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost — no return shipment required.
